The day before we camped, the person in the campground next to ours doused their campfire with water and had a layer of water soaking. Unfortunately, the wind crept up and turned into massive winds which somehow moved enough water to get at the coals under the water. It burned down the campsite next to ours. Luckily the fire department was there within a couple of minutes and they saved the entire campground.
First fish ever caught (and it was done with a Spiderman fishing pole).
Had the opportunity to see a Peregrine Falcon up close.
