Caution to all bike riders in Utah - OBEY TRAFFIC LAWS

Once again, we have witnessed a bicyclist blatantly disobeying the laws of the state.  This time, the bicyclist was almost run over by a motorcyclist (who was obeying the law and whom the bicyclist nearly severely injured).
